1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using StackNab.io ("we", "our", or "us"), purchasing our digital boilerplates, or joining our waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Product License & Usage
When you purchase a boilerplate from StackNab, you are purchasing a commercial license to use the code, not the intellectual property rights to the boilerplate itself.
- You MAY: Use the code to build unlimited personal or commercial projects (e.g., SaaS applications, internal tools, client websites).
- You MAY NOT: Resell, redistribute, or lease the raw boilerplate code. You may not use our code to create a competing boilerplate or template directory.
3. Purchases, Deliveries, and Refunds
Instant Downloads: Due to the non-returnable nature of digital code products, all sales of instant-download boilerplates are final. We do not offer refunds once the `.zip` file has been downloaded.
Custom Builds: For integrations requiring a custom build, we guarantee delivery to your provided email address within 48 hours. If we fail to deliver the working code within this timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund upon request.
4. Third-Party Services & APIs
Our boilerplates integrate with third-party services (e.g., Stripe, Supabase, Clerk). We are not affiliated with these entities. StackNab is not responsible for any future changes, deprecations, pricing updates, or downtime implemented by these third-party services that may affect the functionality of your purchased code.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL STACKNAB OR ITS CREATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
